Drinks

Nobie’s daily libations cocktail menu is a little bit different every time I’ve visited. Expect cocktails crafted around fresh, locally sourced ingredients with reflect their commitment to local sourcing of the freshest ingredients or opt for a glass (or bottle) of wine from their perfectly curated wine list.

The Gateway Drink
from Nobie’s

I was initially skeptical about liking The Gateway Drink, but it was surprisingly refreshing! Made with green tea gin, snap pea, honeydew, and lemon, it’s a perfect balance between sweet and zippy. Gin and green juice might totally be my new thing.

Appetizers

The best thing I ate at Nobie’s

Humorously named “would you pluck me? i’d pluck me” Nobie’s fried chicken skins are absolutely making it on my Best Things I Ate in 2022 list! They’re perfectly fried then finished with a tableside drizzle of hot honey.

Dilly Bread

Nobie’s Dilly Bread

Indulge in fluffy pull apart milk bread with garlic Everything butter served in a scorching hot cast iron skillet. No judgment if you order two.

BGMW Tip: Make a mini chicken sandwich with the chciken skins and a dilly roll. Be an agent of delicious chaos!

Main Plates

Nonno’s Pasta

Pasta lovers should indulge in Nobie’s housemade tagliatelle served with a rich bolognese sauce and fresh parmesan. This was so simple yet flavorful and I’d absolutely order it again. Order a glass of red wine and get your life!

Nobie’s Pies

Everyone raves about Nobie’s pies! During my first visit, I made the mistake of not saving room for dessert, so I had to double back for a slice of pie and glass of wine (a self-care ritual I refuse to surrender.) The pie menu, like everything else, changes pretty regularly.

Nobie's Pie

The dessert menu isn’t even printed, so you’ll have to rely on your listening skills as your waiter rattles off the available pies. I’ve tried at least six slices of their various pies, and every single one was amazing. Nobie’s does pies right! Find one that piques your interest and enjoy! 5/5 recommend.

Final Thoughts on Nobie’s

Nobie’s is my kind of New American restaurant. Familiar, unfussy dishes with great ingredients and remarkable execution. If patio weather is in the forecast, you’ll likely catch me at Nobie’s noshing on dilly bread chicken skin mini sandwiches.
